Thankful Decorating
I love Thanksgiving decorations. They’re so simple and warm. Christmas, on the other hand, completely takes over. Really, I’d be pretty happy not doing a tree and just doing the other stuff. Maybe I’ll just do that this year. No rule that says you have to have a tree.
Anyway, I decorated the house on Sunday afternoon. Mrs. JT arrives today and she may be the only guest we have in the house until sometime in 2009 so I wanted it to look nice for her.

ReplyDeleteI have already decided not to have a tree this year. Its just too much to do that and deal with IVF too! God doesn't care if we have a tree - just that we celebrate His birth!
Hey there--I really like the words you have up on your wall. Are they stickers, or did you paint them yourself? I've seen stickers like that in magazines but never knew where to find them.
