Water Day...

Yesterday was Water Day at Aubrey Kate's preschool.  The kids got to do lots of activities with water.  For all of 20 minutes.

Which is at the extreme end of a toddler's attention span.

Parents could come and honestly, I hadn't planned on it.  Homeboy is teething so we're tired from getting up multiple times a night.  And "we" includes Rhys who is not feeling his best.  Heartbreaking really.

However, AK's teacher gave me instructions on where to meet them and used the word "when" instead of "if" so I kinda felt like it was expected the parents attend.

Awesome.  Grocery shopping can wait.

But...I am really glad I went.  She was super excited about the activities and, I'm probably biased, the cutest kiddo out there.
