Spent a while searching for just the right song for these photos. And, well, it hasn't been written yet. Because there's nothing that contained me sobbing away endlessly repeating Thank you, Lord.
But believe me, He's heard that from me a lot.
This oldie from Stephen Curtis Chapman fits though.
And by "oldie," I mean it was on my WOW 2000 CD.
Y'all.
That was the year we got married.
I love knowing my God had already ordained, as I stood at the alter saying my vows to Chris, that twelve years later I would use this song to help convey how amazed I am by Him, His love and the ways He has created our family. He knew the road we would take. All the roads through Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas. Roads through doctors and shots and egg retrievals. Through buying houses and selling houses. Through starting jobs and leaving jobs. Through life change after life change after life change.
