Blah.
About sums it up.
There's pretty much zippo to report this week. I didn't lose anything but I didn't gain anything either. Considering I'm only managing to exercise every other day for about 30 minutes, I'm okay with that.
My diet has been good. With the exception of Sunday when I broke down and had a snickers.

My days are simply slammed with the two kids. Rhys has decided he's too big, at the ripe old age of 10 weeks, to take naps. He's basically down to only one of any significant length. Which means I spend that precious hour washing bottles, picking up toys, eating my own lunch and yes, catching up on what's going on in the world through the most reliable source, Facebook.
Because let's face it, that's my only connection to the functioning people outside the walls of my house.
We do try and take a walk each day. Morning or after dinner or both.
But not always does the toddler agree to ride in the stroller. We live on a cul de sak so I'm fine with her walking down the sidewalks on our street. It's really quiet and calm.
Beyond that, not so much. Yesterday, I did manage to bribe her into the stroller with the promise of not one but two marshmallows.
They're her "snickers."
Here's hoping next week miraculously supplies me with the energy and time to get exercising AND my job done.
