Gratitude Friday...

This is pretty simple. Very simple actually.

Today, I am so grateful my family is safe.

Please keep the people in the South in your prayers. Specifically, in Tuscaloosa where my brother, SIL and precious nephews live. The tornado did some major damage in the neighborhoods where Carrie's students live. She says students and teachers are still missing.

Can you imagine?

Thank you Lord for protecting our family. We are humbled by how You love us.

  1. Yes we are praying! Many communities in our area were hit. Some little towns, like Concord, are leveled. No power, no shops, no gas, no homes. Pray that the missing will be found, people's needs are met and eventually homes can be rebuilt. Pray that we will be an example to others of Christ's love.
    Love You, Mom

  2. Thank you for the prayers. Thankfully all the teachers are accounted for now! Spent about four hours walking the neighborhoods yesterday trying to find kids and assess needs. It is going to be a long road to recovery. But God is all powerful. Keep praying!
