You had me at Hello/Goodbye...

While my parents were here, Chris bought himself a present for my birthday.

The Beatles Rock Band.

And its the best present he's ever bought himself for me.

Every night, E is learning all kinds of Beatles goodness. Most little ones want to be a fireman or a dump truck driver or a football player. Our kid will want to be a Paperback Writer. And will likely want to know when we're going to play in the octopus' garden. Possibly wonder who the walrus is and maybe why a guitar would cry.

A bonus has been all the Beatles trivia in the game. Chris is doing an excellent job of educating all three of us on the life and times of The Beatles. And he's even coming to an appreciation for what he refers to as "drugged out Beatles".

Good grief, I love that man.

Check out my dad and my husband making sweet music together.

Along with John, Paul, Ringo and George.

  1. I need that game so freaking bad. I prefer 1964 Beatles over drugged out Beatles with the exception of Lucy in the Sky. I was just rocking some Let it Be in my music room.

  2. Well I think Baby E will be just fine with some Beatles. Our children turned out OK. I can assure you there were those nights when Mike sat cross legged in front of the stereo playing Beatles and other tunes - Loud!
    Rock On! Love, Mom :)
