Never, never, never, never, never take a spin class when the instructor says "Get ready for an easy climb" and then proceeds to plays "Slow Ride". 8 minutes and 14 seconds of pure torture.
I only went to spin class one time. It was tough and I thought it would nearly kill me, but I was hanging in there and surely was going to pull through. Then she said, "OK, now that we are all warmed up..."
